I use both satavari powder and lactare tablet to increase my breast milk supply. It is safe?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. You should avoid taking too many things for improving the milk flow. Take one either shatavari or lactate tablets. Drink lots of water. Avoid taking stress. Eat healthy and nutritious diet
