I tried all the means to increase breast milk... like consumed fenugreek seeds.. use to drink lactonic powder twice a day but still my baby remains hungry so I sm complelled to give her formula milk which I don't want to give... please help me

A. do start taking lactare capsules or granules .. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. o. k.
