I took combiflame yesterday and today my baby had pooped 4 times till now .is it due to that medicine

No The medicine you took is only a pain relieving medicine nothing else it has got nothing to do with your child passing motion four times also I would like to tell you that if a child is passing motion 4 to 6 times also in a day but it is not watery then there is nothing to be worried about
