I Take lactare tablet, lactare granules powder, and mamalait granules powder. ...but my breast milk was still insufficient for my 8 month old baby. ...Please help me ...what can I do. ...my baby is so irritated

More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. breastfeed between meals on demand, continue nap time and night time feeds avoid bottle feeding Have lot of fluids and water Be confident. don't be stressed while feeding or worry as it will reduce the milk supply. consume a well balanced diet for enough milk production. foods like Methi, green leafy vegetables, Dill leaves or shepu, tree gum or Gond, saunth Garden cress seeds, garlic intake can help milk supply
