I take autrin tablet for iron, what should we eat after or before taking this med? can we have salad after taking it?

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist6 years agoA. hello dear good morning yes you can take salad there is no issue with iron Dr must have also given you Vitamin C for enhancing the absorption of the iron in the body so check with that you can take more of citric fruits
