i sufferred a miscarriage.bleeding stopped after 7 days and white discharge continued for another 7 days.on day 15 i noticed red spottings.please guide what should i do? is it normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there can be possibility of little bleeding which may continue for 2 to 3 weeks Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

Hi mommy mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Wash hands often before touching your baby Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
