Q.

I still have pain in nipple after 1 month of breastfeeding. Is it normal? My nipple cracks look like it is healed. I have extremely dry skin. Is it okay?

A. if you're having pain after feeding the baby that can be chances of sore nipple apply nipcare ointment for relief of pain and take Dolo 650 also . . .

A. hi mam,pain in nipple caused by many reasons like improper breastfeeding position, engorgement , Infection etc so if you feel pain frequently and unbearable then it is better to consult your gynecologist for once . experiment with different feeding position. make sure your child latches properly. always clean your nipples before after feeding. wash your bra in hot water . maintain cleanliness. you can apply thin layer of coconut oil on this part so prevent dry skin
