Q.
I started drinking barley water after one month of delivery as I still had swollen legs which I got soon after I delivered. there is no swelling now but can I continue drinking barley water as I am kind of liking it but my mil says I should stop as it drains out all water from my body if I continue drinking. is it true? also I am a breastfeeding mother. currently I drink 1 glass everyday

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. hello.. Barley is safe to be consumed during breastfeeding, except by persons with celiac disease. Allergy to barley occurs rarely. what you can do it have small amount through out the day which should be. a good and better option also . . .
