I started balant kadha 1 after 6 days of delivery. Its fine to take balant kadha 2 after 10 days means starting from 16th day of delivery

I’m actually these things are basically very warm in nature so have it in moderation as you are already in the summer season otherwise you can face issues like rashes or loose motions or any of these these Ayurvedic things are good to have our Home made things are good you can have it in a decent quantity
