i slept on my child hand it has made sound of crack like bone cut tac tac now she is telling her forearm is paining what must have happened

Then consult your doctor and either an orthopaedic what is your doctor to get an x-ray done because you are saying that a sound is coming so it’s better to get it checked because if you just kept your head on the hand of your child I don’t think so bone can you crack but it would certainly be pain because of the weight of the head
