I see dots as attached picture on my baby body and it is spreading. can you please check and suggest

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for cmore than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
