I saw that fenugreek , fennel ,jeera , ajwain seeds will increases breast milk...can I add all them and make powder??? howch quantity and what time is best to take them....any other milk production increasing tips ??

A. Try to have garlic in daily food at least 10 pods daily, spinach, bottle gourd, carrots, nuts, dry fish, jeera water, fenugreek, fennel and mothers Horlicks twice a day. You can have mothers Horlicks with bread. You can have rice with milk. And finally you should drink plenty of water. The more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you will be able to produce. Also lactare tablets produces milk very well. Check wit your doctor and have it.
