Q.
I recently had my 2nd baby through c-section.now during breastfeeding my baby I am facing problems due to the large size of nipples,my baby is not latching properly and because of which he tried so hard that my nipple started bleeding and now there is swelling on it.how should I prevent it again from happening and what to apply on swollen nipples.?

Try to massage your breast , lightly before and later as once you are down with feedind
you can apply some warm coconut oil or ghee over it at regular intervals
