Q. I purchased the ToffyHouse 100% woven cotton yarn dyed full sleeves frock with checks and requested to return the product within the time limit, but I accidentally did not change the pickup address. The pickup agent came to collect my product on July 22, which was 20-25 days after the return request, and so I canceled the return with the pickup person due to the wrong address. But now there is no option available to return, why? While there was a delay in your return process, if I had returned the product 2-3 days after the return request, I could have changed my pickup address. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and allow the option to return on this product. I have attached the product picture.
