I noticed small.pimple on my right breast today is it something to be concerned about. Should i get it checked

if you have a pimple over the breast and if there is a hardness or any kind of pus formation then definitely you have to consult with the gynecologist.
sometimes there will be small sebaceous pimples which are not of much concern but if it is paining or there is hardness consult
