i noticed blood in my baby poo today!! it's a serious issue aur what!! i should go to the doctor

A. hi it happens because of severe constipation or Infection so please visit your pediatrician for once keep your child well hydrated give food items like soup , fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child which makes digestion easy avoid giving bakery food items
