Q.

I need to get back to my job on august.my baby will be 4 and half months then,is it ok to start solids at that time?

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either breastfed or formula fed only. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
