I month old baby girl is having white spot on her cheeks and neck. Is it indicate any vitamin deficiency?

Evion vitamin E cream you can apply as this could be due to dryness but if it has suddenly started appearing or if it was at the time of birth or whatever the situation was according to that I would advise you to check with the doctor because sometimes this could be due to deficiency of calcium as well as a skin related problem
