I missed my periods , and pregnancy tests which showed negative twice is there any need to do a blood test to get sure that I'm not pregnant

A. Ideally, the pregnancy test will come positive usually after 15 to 20 days of successful impregnation. If you’re doing it a bit early, then it will be negative. Blood test is confirmatory.
