i missed my period of 15 july 2023 yesterday 12 September i consult a doctor she asked me for ultra sound..the ultra sound i saw is written that no fetal pole and no yolk sac seen and it said a single intra utrine gestational sac..but today i got my period after 6 weeks 5 days..is it a normal or i have to check up.
