I missed my period for one day my periods are regular I had a miscarriage before two months I have a burning sensation inside my stomach what does it mean I am a little worried why is this happening

A. you can try. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
