I Mam, Good Mornig. we have 11 months bay boy .my boy struggling only Cough and phlegm so we are using attached syrup (tixylix)but not cured.please advise which syrup we will using. thanks

A. Hi. The child must be having a chest congestion, that's why the syrup is not working. He will need another type of cough syrup, but better to get him checked if possible to assess the severity of the congestion.
