Q.
I'm working woman.. and i have 9.5months old baby.. and he's not drinking formula milk or cow's milk.. he eat everything.. but, if he drinks milk, he can easily sleep.. as he doesn't drink milk.. he hardly sleep and it makes me difficult situation.. pls suggest me how can i encourage him to drink milk

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom try to make a schedule could be possible that he is full enough because of solids . So maintaining schedule and also adding some flavours to the milk could be helpful . You can also prefer to opt for plant source milk as well such as soya milk , etc
