i m vegetarian...which foods and fruits are rich in protein??

A. Dear mum, you can have protein rich foods like curd, paneer, cheese, soya. Have all variety of Dal’s. rajma, lobia, chole. Have nuts like almonds and cashew nuts. Have fruits like banana, guava.

A. Hello mom you can have soya , dry fruits , millets , seasonal fruits and vegetables all have some quantity in them . Dals and legumes such as channa, rajma , horse gram can be taken
