Q.
I m vegetarian...I m getting lot of gas due to which I have acid reflux and many farts.....my gas also passes to baby....I m eating normal food.. then why so much gas is getting formed in my body??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. Make sure in all your meals while cooking food you add hing as it helps in relieving gas. Take Dabur pudin hara when you feel a lot of gas. Avoid heavy foods which takes time to digest line chock oeas rajma cauliflower and eat more fruits especially before meals. Avoid having too much tea and coffee.
