I'm using mamaearth bye bye blemishes cream 2 times in a day but pimples comes regularly what to do

A. Hi mam please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leafy veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please keep your self properly hydrated with more liquid diet please avoid oily and spicy food please wash your face properly twice a day
