I m under weight 40kg and my age is 28 years what to do for my better health

A. Hi mom Have three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between. Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice chicken etc in ur diet for weight gain. u can also start to take protein powder for weight gain
