I m taking medicine for heel pain from 6 months nd medicine increases my TSH level 7.81...as before my TSH level was under 4.can I take healthy hey nutrition kelp extract + zinc citrate....if yes then how to take...is it safe as I m trying to conceive...

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Do not take it without doc advice as u r already having 2 issues so I would advice u to check with your doc first and then only u may take it if your doc says its good to b taken in your situation
