I'm son suffering from fever for last day I'm giving paracetamol 125mg syrup

A. hello. do continue paracetamol in proper dose n in 6 hours.. If not improvement after 2 days and accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness, poor intake consult your paediatrician asap.
