I'm second month of pregnancy... I'm very tired. what kind of food will I have to eat?

A. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking also take multivitamin supplement

A. You should have all kind of food that you like to eat everything healthy you can consume you can have more of proteins you can have millets grains of different types of food and vegetables there is no diet that you’ll have to follow for nine months of pregnancy just eat healthy and stay fit
