ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. better to do baby massage by family member. you can use any oil which is preferable for you. it should be free of additives and should be pure. massage mainly increases bonding between you and baby. gives comfort to baby. soothing, relaxing for both of you. helps in digestion, induces good sleep. calcium strengthens bones, not massage. so its really upto you , your time, baby's enjoyment, weather etc. no rules as such.
