I m new mom and suffering from milk clogged I m so much in pain can I puncture it and remove milk from it by my own

A. Do hot compress that is going to help and don’t do any of these things from your side unnecessarily it is going to create more trouble to you which is why I think it would be best for you to get it examined with your gynaecologist she tell you how do you need to proceed with it
