I'm mother of 2 and half old daughter she does much itching in her ear nd after itching it become red becoz of this she not sleep well

First of all cut the nails of the baby using small baby scissor. Also apply coconut oil or olive oil over the ear so that it gets moisturized and doesn't feel dry to baby and doesn't give itchiness to baby.
This will definitely help you in this regard. Apply your breastmilk on red areas.
