Q.

I'm mother of 10 months son. I used nihar Ashanti awla oil for massage to him .is it safe or not.

A. Hello Mild, non-irritant oil free of fragrance is advisable for oil massage. Coconut , Olive or Almond oil are best pure cold pressed free from additives any impurities examples. However, if the baby has any rash on the skin, one should not do an oil massage until and unless the doctor advises to do so.

A. Almond oil is a common ingredient in various massage oils. It is loaded with Vitamin E. Use pure almond oil instead of the fragrant ones... you can use almond oil or coconut oil but don't use Nihar because it's not for babies
