I m mother 18 months old baby Mai Abhi tk baby ko feed Kara rahi hu feed Kara rahi uski wajah se mai diet nai kar pa rahi mera weight badh raha h Mai exercise ya yoga v nai kar sakti kyuki I don’t hv time mai apne husband ke saath akele rahti hu koi care taker v nai h sara household akele Handel karti hu toh uski wajah se muje me time nai milta hai aur mai kab tk baby ko feed karau kuch samjh me nai aa raha h help me aur ab mera diet chart kya hona chahiye??? Plz help me

A. try to slowt cut on ghee n junk in foods. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
