I'm just trying to figure out the cause for constipation.. can packet toned milk cause constipation? I can't think of anything else I would given my 33 month old in the past 2 days. if it is milk, should I stop milk completely and give dahi paneer instead?

A. to avoid constipation in your baby it is advisable to give adequate water for the baby to drink ok you give all seasonal fruits to the baby their good source of fibre
