i m in 5th month of pregnancy ..after taking meal or in a sleeping posting i felt like there is something near naval. is it normal or should i consult doctor

A. hi yes should be normal but nevertheless seek doctors advise once if you feel anything suspicious eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well
