Q.

I’m having periods n my nipples are paining a bit n my baby is crying today even if I’m feeding is it due to less milk production?il give formula once in a day that too at night time..today I gave twice I’m bit disappointed

A. Hello dear parent! Try as much to breastfeed your baby. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If the feeding is less then give formula milk. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
