I m giving my daughter both calcium and iron syrup, so is it safe to give both of them at a same time. It is generally said that calcium and iron should not be consumed together. So please let me know should i continue.

A. They can be given daily at a gap, like in morning give calcium and after lunch iron can be given or in the evening. Hop your paediatrician prescribed them. Give your child natural sources of iron and calcium more like milk and milk products and green leafy vegetables
