Q.

I m giving my baby suji at morning Fruits at afternoon like apple chikko n papaya alternate in evening I given him ragi porrage n at night I give him suji is this healthy diet I m following for him wat should I feed him new when he turns 7

A. Go slowly Always better to give home made freshly prepared food items only Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age After 6months of age u can start with  dal rice water, Moong dal puree Rice kanji Spinach and dal mash Tomato soup mashed fruit Apple puree Bloiled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes Add 1item every 3rd day Give 2-3 serve in a day time Continue breast feed as a main source of food till 9 months of age.

A. Hi .it's too much for now.. give only two meal per day.. you can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
