Q.
I m giving my 4 mnth old baby cow milk by adding water in it since 2 mnth but after watching video I got to know that it is not good for babies but my grandparents told me that they give us same milk and it didn't harm us.... now I m confused what should I do should I start formula milk now or stick in cow milk only.

Hello dear parent, it is better o give formula milk to your baby from the brand like Simi lac, Nan pro, lactogen, dexolac etc they are all well known brands for baby formula milk but must read reviews and check ratings before making any purchases. As formula milk is specifically for babies and contains nutrients. Good luck and take care
