Q.
I m giving almond paste with milk by rubbing on stone from 2 months n now my baby boy completed 2 months 23 days it's safe for baby

A. Any kind of solid food be it in paste form only must be given to the baby only when he or she is 6 months or more old and not before that. Your baby may develop some digestion problem if you give this paste now. Be patient and wait till he is 6 months old. Then you can give this almond paste. Babies till 6 months of age must only be given milk be it brest milk or formula milk. Not even water is to be given to them

As breast milk is sufficient to meet all her nutritional and growth requirements till six months also no water to be given as breast milk is sufficient to keep the baby hydrated as well
