Q.

I m getting very less milk on brest still my baby wants to feed for long time. is it OK to feed her if very less milk is coming for long time. she is also taking aptamil since born

A. Only effective way to increase milk supposed to effectively removing milk . Try power pumping after feeding baby. Power pumping Once or twice a day can increase milk supply as it signals body as cluster feeding. Pump for 20 mins Rest for 10 mins Pump for 10 mins Rest 10 mins Pump 10 mins This total 60 mins pumping method worked wonders on me. Also have plenty of coconut water, oat milk , oatmeal and your prenatal tablets

A. hi mam,as you are having low milk supply,I would suggest you to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this. yes please offer plenty of breastfeeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
