I'm getting pain while going poop.what is the cause and remedies to reduce pain and constipation

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like constipation and pain so you should take 30 ml cremaffin gel at night and tablet superzyme before going to toilet

A. you must be suffering from constipation so kindly take plenty of water and fibre diet and specially add papaya banana prunes fennel seeds water which will help in decreasing constipation and if the problem still continues then meet your doctor for constipation medicine
