A. Oral ulcers, also known as canker sores, can be a common occurrence among individuals, particularly females. These painful sores can develop on the inside of the mouth, cheeks, lips, or tongue. They are usually small, round, and white or yellow in color, surrounded by a red halo. While the exact cause of oral ulcers is not fully understood, they can be triggered by factors such as stress, hormonal changes, dietary deficiencies, or autoimmune diseases. Treatment for oral ulcers typically involves managing symptoms with over-the-counter topical gels, maintaining good oral hygiene, and avoiding triggers such as spicy or acidic foods. In some cases, prescription medications may be necessary to help reduce pain and inflammation. It is important for individuals experiencing recurrent or severe e oral ulcers to consult a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and management. t
