I’m facing insomnia .Not falling asleep with sleeping pill also .What to do ?

Sleeping pills are extremely unhealthy you should never take them till the time it’s not an emergency case if you’re unable to sleep or having insomnia try to get yourself exhausted by the end and start meditating and listen to some good music which will be helpful for you
