Q.
I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 2 month baby. for the last 3 days I'm experiencing excruciating pain while feeding. my nipple appears red . I'm applying nipcare after every feed but it's not helping. i just want to apply numbing cream before feeding which I can't. please suggest ointment for the pain.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom Try applying some warm coconut oil or ghee over the nipple at regular intervals as such should be fine . also when ever possible avoid wearing the bra if its hurting

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 Year agoA. Applying is used to heal the nipple cracks if you’re having any but if you’re not having nipple cracks in the pain is like this I think you should consult this kind of commonly seen with women is associated with their nerves
