Q.

i m breastfeeding my baby and also giving formula... how do i maintain a balance between both as I dont want to feed formula much... but also i feel she is not full just by breastfeeding so i have to give her formula.... She is about to be 3 months

A. hi dear mom...try to keep bay inky in breast milk..and monitor her pee count..if it is more then six in twenty four hours it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you and you don't need to give any formula
