Q.
I’m breast feeding mother and baby is 6 month old now I started semi solid food items for her. Should I continue my iron cal medicine. I took these med regularly 3 months of delivery after then on off iron cal? Should I stop taking these medicine now?

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom taking supplements are very important atleast till 6 months after delivery and after that it's completely depends on individual if u r still facing some deficiency or health issues then u can have it by asking the doctor otherwise concentrate on healthy diet
