Q.
I'm a nine month old baby mother, these days I'm feeling like my milk is not sufficient for the baby in nights. please suggest. baby is on solid food also and before to bed also cerelac is giving

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is already 9 months the milk production will be gradually decreasing since baby is taking solids semisolids no need to worry you can try formula milk to the baby if the supply is very less

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if milk is less then you should hve Shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day. and jave soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. nd semi solid food should be given thrice a day at least.
